Practical guidance for using Capexium

This FAQ is written for visitors, subscribers, sellers, investors, buyers, lenders, advisors, brokers, contributors, and marketplace participants who want a clear understanding of how Capexium works.

01

Capexium Overview

Clear answers about what Capexium is, who it serves, and how the platform should be used.

What is Capexium?

Capexium is an international business marketplace for people who want to explore companies, assets, projects, investment opportunities, advisory support, and professional marketplace discussions in a more structured environment.

Who is Capexium designed for?

Capexium is designed for business owners, sellers, buyers, investors, lenders, advisors, brokers, lawyers, accountants, consultants, founders, and professionals who want a more organized way to discover, present, evaluate, and discuss private-market opportunities.

Does Capexium guarantee a sale, investment, funding, or completed deal?

No. Capexium supports visibility, discovery, communication, and marketplace access, but it does not guarantee a sale, investment, funding, reply, negotiation, closing, valuation, or commercial result.

Is Capexium a broker, legal adviser, tax adviser, or investment adviser?

Not by default. Capexium provides a marketplace environment and related platform tools. Users should obtain independent legal, financial, tax, accounting, technical, and commercial advice before making important decisions.

02

Accounts and Access

Questions about account types, registration, activation, access, and how users should choose the right account.

What is the difference between a marketplace account and a subscriber account?

A marketplace account is used for professional marketplace activity such as seller, investor, buyer, lender, advisor, broker, or consulting participation. A subscriber account is used for community participation, including reading, commenting, and taking part in Business & Investment Insights and the Entrepreneur’s Forum. A subscriber account does not unlock marketplace tools such as adding listings, sending marketplace contact requests, or accessing professional dashboard features.

Which account should I create if I want to list a business or opportunity?

Create a marketplace account and choose the seller-related option that best matches your role. After registration, complete your profile and submit it for review before expecting full marketplace access.

Which account should I create if I only want to read articles or participate in discussions?

Create a subscriber account for Business & Investment Insights and the Entrepreneur’s Forum. This account is suitable for reading, commenting, liking, asking community questions, and joining public discussion areas where available.

Can I use a subscriber account to access marketplace tools?

No. A subscriber account is for community participation. To use marketplace tools, you need a marketplace account connected to the relevant professional role.

Can I have both a subscriber account and a marketplace account?

Yes, but they are intended for different purposes. Use the subscriber account for community areas and the marketplace account for professional marketplace activity.

Why do I need to complete my profile after registration?

Profile completion helps present users professionally, supports marketplace trust, improves the quality of contact requests, and helps Capexium review whether the account is ready for marketplace participation.

What happens after my marketplace account is activated?

After account activation, eligible marketplace users receive 100 free CPX to help them start exploring available platform actions, subject to Capexium’s current rules, account status, and any conditions shown on the platform.

Can Capexium refuse, restrict, or suspend an account?

Yes. Capexium may refuse, restrict, review, suspend, or close access where there are concerns about misuse, inaccurate information, safety, compliance, account quality, payment issues, abuse, or platform integrity.

03

Marketplace, Insights, and Forum

How Capexium’s main areas differ and how each one should be used.

What is the Capexium marketplace?

The marketplace is the professional area for browsing opportunities, presenting listings, reviewing profiles, using contact flows, and participating in business, investment, sale, acquisition, and advisory activity.

What is Business & Investment Insights?

Business & Investment Insights is Capexium’s article and guidance area. It is designed for practical market commentary, professional articles, tips, explanations, and educational content for buyers, sellers, investors, entrepreneurs, and advisors.

What is the Entrepreneur’s Forum?

The Entrepreneur’s Forum is a public discussion area where community members can ask practical questions, share experiences, discuss business challenges, and exchange general perspectives with other participants.

What is the difference between Insights and the Forum?

Insights is article-based and suited for polished guidance, explainers, and longer professional content. The Forum is discussion-based and suited for questions, answers, comments, community opinions, and practical conversations.

What is the difference between the Forum and the Marketplace?

The Forum is for public discussion and general community engagement. The Marketplace is for professional marketplace actions such as listings, profiles, contact requests, investor discovery, seller activity, and advisory participation.

Can I use the Forum to request private deal advice or private professional help?

The Forum should not be used as a substitute for private advisory engagement or marketplace contact flows. If you need private help, professional engagement, or controlled contact with marketplace participants, use the appropriate marketplace account and official Capexium contact paths.

04

Profiles and Review

Questions about profiles, visibility, activation, and how professional presence is presented.

Why does Capexium review profiles?

Profile review helps maintain a more credible marketplace environment. It supports clearer identity presentation, better-quality participation, and more responsible interaction between sellers, investors, advisors, and other marketplace users.

Does profile approval mean Capexium guarantees the person or company?

No. Approval, visibility, or publication does not guarantee identity, solvency, legal authority, financial strength, investment quality, or transaction suitability. Users must still verify important information independently.

Why are some profile fields required?

Required fields help other marketplace participants understand who they are dealing with, what the user’s professional focus is, where the user is based, and whether the profile has enough information for responsible marketplace participation.

Can I update my profile after activation?

Yes, where profile update tools are available. Significant changes may be reviewed again if they affect marketplace presentation, account quality, or user trust.

Why are phone numbers, emails, or contact details sometimes not visible publicly?

Capexium limits direct exposure of sensitive contact information to reduce spam, harvesting, misuse, and unwanted outreach. Contact should happen through approved marketplace flows whenever required.

05

Listings and Opportunities

Questions about listing submission, review, publication, and business opportunity information.

Who can submit a listing?

Listing submission is intended for eligible marketplace users who have the right role, authority, and account status to present a business, asset, project, or opportunity.

Are listings published automatically?

Not necessarily. Capexium may review, hold, request clarification, edit presentation, restrict, or reject listings where information is incomplete, unclear, risky, unsuitable, or inconsistent with platform standards.

Does publication mean a listing is fully verified?

No. Publication means the listing is visible under Capexium’s platform standards, but users must independently verify ownership, authority, financial information, documents, commercial claims, legal position, and transaction readiness.

Who is responsible for listing accuracy?

The submitting user is responsible for listing information, documents, images, statements, permissions, asking price, financial figures, and all related representations.

Can Capexium remove a listing after it is published?

Yes. Capexium may remove, restrict, archive, or request changes to a listing if quality, safety, policy, compliance, ownership, payment, or user-protection concerns arise.

Should I rely on a listing without due diligence?

No. Listings should be treated as starting points for review. Buyers, investors, lenders, and advisors should conduct proper due diligence before relying on any information or making decisions.

06

Messaging and Contact Requests

How contact, messaging, introductions, and platform communications work.

Can I contact every seller, investor, buyer, or advisor directly?

Not always. Contact options may depend on account type, account status, profile readiness, plan access, CPX balance, the role of each participant, and the contact rules shown on the platform.

Does sending a contact request guarantee a reply?

No. A contact request, proposal, message, or expression of interest does not guarantee a reply, acceptance, negotiation, transaction, or further discussion.

Why are some contact features locked?

Some contact features are controlled to protect users, reduce spam, improve quality, and keep marketplace interaction more professional. Certain actions may require profile completion, activation, plan access, CPX, or permission from the other participant.

Can Capexium review or preserve communications?

Capexium may store, review, restrict, or preserve platform communications where needed for support, safety, dispute handling, abuse prevention, fraud control, compliance, or platform enforcement.

Should I share confidential information through early contact?

Use caution. Do not share sensitive financial, legal, ownership, customer, employee, banking, password, or confidential information until the counterparty has been reviewed appropriately and any necessary agreements are in place.

07

Forum, Comments, Links, and Phone Numbers

Rules for public discussion, links, personal contact details, and safe community participation.

Can I post phone numbers in the Forum or public comments?

No. Public phone numbers are generally not allowed in Forum posts, replies, or public comments. This helps reduce spam, unwanted outreach, scraping, and unsafe contact outside the platform.

Can I post email addresses in the Forum or public comments?

No. Public email addresses should not be posted in Forum questions, answers, article comments, or public discussion areas. Use approved platform contact paths where available.

Can I post WhatsApp numbers or direct messaging details?

No. WhatsApp numbers, direct messaging handles, and similar contact details should not be posted publicly. Capexium may remove or restrict content that tries to move users into unsafe or unapproved contact channels.

Can I add external links in Forum posts or comments?

External links may be limited or blocked in public discussion areas to reduce spam, scams, promotional abuse, unsafe redirects, and low-quality posting. If a link is necessary, keep the post factual and use official support channels where appropriate.

Why does Capexium block links, phone numbers, and emails in community areas?

Public community areas should remain useful, safe, and discussion-focused. Blocking contact details and promotional links reduces harvesting, spam, cold outreach, scams, and attempts to bypass marketplace contact controls.

Can I promote my services in the Forum?

The Forum is not intended for aggressive promotion, lead capture, spam, or direct solicitation. Helpful, practical answers are welcome, but promotional posts, repeated offers, and attempts to collect leads may be restricted.

Can I ask for private help in a public discussion?

You may ask general questions, but private advisory work, confidential deal support, and direct professional engagement should use official marketplace contact paths and appropriate professional arrangements.

08

CPX, Plans, and Paid Features

Questions about CPX, account activation, credits, subscriptions, and paid actions.

What is CPX?

CPX is Capexium’s platform credit used for selected marketplace actions where credits are required. Availability, use, and conditions may depend on the current platform rules and the user’s account status.

Do activated marketplace accounts receive free CPX?

Eligible marketplace accounts receive 100 free CPX after account activation, subject to Capexium’s current platform rules, account status, and any conditions displayed at the time.

Can subscriber accounts receive the same marketplace CPX benefits?

Subscriber accounts are for community participation and do not unlock marketplace tools by default. CPX benefits connected with marketplace access are intended for eligible activated marketplace accounts.

Are CPX credits or paid features refundable?

Refunds depend on the applicable purchase conditions, credit status, service state, and Capexium’s current rules. Consumed or enabled digital access may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by Capexium.

Can pricing, plans, CPX use, or feature access change?

Yes. Capexium may update pricing, plans, credit logic, included actions, feature access, and package structure from time to time.

09

Privacy, Security, and Data Handling

How Capexium approaches personal data, platform records, safety, and user protection.

Yes. Capexium may process account information, profile details, listing information, communications, technical logs, support records, payment-related records, and other information needed to operate and protect the platform.

Can I request correction or removal of personal data?

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request information about certain personal data. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, compliance, dispute, or operational reasons.

Why does Capexium keep platform records?

Records may be kept to operate the platform, support users, maintain security, prevent fraud, manage disputes, comply with legal obligations, protect members, and enforce platform standards.

How does Capexium protect marketplace participants from unwanted harvesting?

Capexium uses legal terms, access controls, contact-flow restrictions, security tools, rate limits, and platform rules to reduce unauthorized data collection, spam, scraping, and misuse of member or listing information.

10

Scraping, Bots, and Data Harvesting

Clear rules on automated access, lead extraction, AI crawlers, and commercial reuse.

Does Capexium allow scraping?

No. Capexium does not permit scraping, automated harvesting, crawling for data extraction, bulk copying, lead-generation extraction, sales-intelligence enrichment, AI training extraction, or database creation from Capexium content.

Can sales-intelligence tools collect Capexium profiles or listings?

No. Tools used for lead generation, contact enrichment, sales databases, company databases, outreach lists, or similar commercial extraction are not permitted to collect or reuse Capexium profiles, listings, discussions, articles, contact flows, or marketplace data.

Can AI crawlers or data-mining tools copy Capexium content?

No. Automated extraction for AI training, model development, dataset creation, analytics products, enrichment systems, or commercial databases is not permitted unless Capexium gives written permission.

Are search engines treated the same as scrapers?

No. Legitimate search engines may index permitted public pages in accordance with Capexium’s technical settings and platform policies. Scraping for lead generation, commercial reuse, private databases, spam, or automated harvesting is different and is not allowed.

What happens if a bot, tool, or service scrapes Capexium?

Capexium may block, challenge, throttle, restrict, investigate, or deny access to users, IP addresses, networks, tools, crawlers, bots, or services involved in unauthorized scraping, harvesting, copying, or misuse.

11

Safety, Due Diligence, and Professional Judgment

Important expectations before relying on users, listings, proposals, or marketplace communications.

Restrictions may happen where information is incomplete, unclear, promotional, unsafe, inaccurate, abusive, suspicious, outside platform standards, or requires further review.

Can Capexium help resolve disputes between users?

Capexium may review platform records or take platform action where appropriate, but it does not automatically act as an arbitrator, legal representative, escrow provider, or guarantor of user conduct.

Does this FAQ replace the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Disclaimer?

No. This FAQ is practical guidance. The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any specific platform notices remain the controlling documents where they apply.

Can this FAQ change?

Yes. Capexium may update the FAQ as the platform, services, policies, pricing, account flows, and marketplace features evolve.
