How can I prepare my café in Abu Dhabi before listing it for sale?
I own a café in Abu Dhabi and may sell it this year. Revenue is decent, but many customers know me personally, and I still handle supplier payments, hiring, and daily operations. What should I prepare before I list it?

Start by separating the café from you personally. Buyers will ask for POS reports, delivery-app revenue, supplier invoices, rent contract, staff visa list, equipment list, and whether the trade license has pending fines. Also show what happens when you are not there for one week. If sales drop heavily when you are absent, buyers will discount the price.
When I bought a small F&B business, I cared most about lease terms and staff stability. A good location with a bad lease is dangerous. Check renewal terms, rent increases, municipality approvals, delivery commission rates, and whether all equipment is owned or leased.
Make sure supplier contracts, delivery platform accounts, staff records, and trade license activity can transfer smoothly. Buyers become nervous when the business looks profitable but the legal and operating records are scattered.
